Earl “Big-E” Jackson, Jr. is the founder of Mission Ready Men, a movement dedicated to helping men discover and fulfill their purpose and ordained by God. He is also the founder and owner of 7Armors – Apparel for the Patriotic Man of God, a brand designed for men who value faith, patriotism, and the Second Amendment. He is a Christian, U.S. Air Force veteran of Desert Shield and Desert Storm, and a steadfast advocate for Second Amendment rights, and a proud patriot of these United States.

Following a long career in technology, Big-E and his wife launched 7Armors, driven by his new found faith and a deep concern over our society’s relentless attacks on manhood and masculinity. This realization led him to establish Mission Ready Men, to help provide men with tools and guidance to become strong, stabilizing forces for good within their families and communities.

Big-E initially addressed political issues and Second Amendment rights on his original platform, The Liberty Cast, a website and podcast. This eventually evolved into the Mission Ready Men Podcast, where he continues to discuss the political issues of the day and champion Second Amendment rights – but now through a Christian perspective, grounded in a Biblical worldview.
