Earl "Big E" Jackson Jr. founded Mission Ready Men Briefing to help men discover and live out their God-ordained purpose. As a premier voice on the SHR Media lineup, he is also the founder of 7Armors, apparel for the Patriotic Man of God.
As a Christian and a U.S. Air Force veteran, Big E served during Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He speaks plainly about liberty, responsibility, and leadership at home and in the community. After a long career in technology, Big E and his wife launched 7Armors out of faith and concern over culture’s attacks on manhood and masculinity.
That same conviction drove the creation of Mission Ready Men, where Big E equips men to build character, discipline, and a service mindset. Through this Biblical Worldview Podcast, he covers today's most critical issues, providing listeners with a Christian perspective on modern culture.
