Nasir Ahmad Tawhedi
The New York Post reported that the terror suspect arrested by the FBI , Nasir Ahmad Tawhedi, who had planned a terror attack for election day was employed by the CIA as a security guard in Afghanistan.
“It wasn’t immediately clear when or how long Tawhedi worked security before he came to the US in 2021 — just weeks after the Taliban regained control of Afghanistan and the last US troops departed from the war-torn nation.”

The suspect came to America just weeks after the disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal in 2021, meaning he was vetted and known in some ways to the government. It is NOT known when he became radicalized according to the report.
