SHR Media posted the video after reports surfaced that U.S. intelligence intercepted an encrypted transmission believed to originate from Iran. According to those reports, analysts feared the signal could serve as a trigger message for sleeper cells operating abroad.

Shortly after the video appeared on the platform, TikTok removed it and notified SHR Media that the post violated its misinformation policy. However, the network immediately filed an appeal.
