criminal Aliens arrested in Washington County Tenn.
As Hurricane Helene approached, the threat of looting emerged. Criminals often exploit natural disasters for their own gain, a pattern seen in past hurricanes, floods, and earthquakes. While some “criminal aliens” may have been arrested previously, the current political climate regarding border issues is highly contentious – a situation the Biden/Harris administration and Harris/Walz campaign are unlikely to welcome.
On September 29, 2025, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office took 8 undocumented immigrants into custody and charged them with various criminal offenses. Those charged with aggravated burglary include Albin Nahun Vega-Rapalo (age 24), David Bairon Rapalo-Rapalo (age 37), Kevin Noe Martinez-Lopez (age 25), Marvin Hernandez-Martinez (age 43), and Dayln Gabriel Guillen Guillen (age 37).Jesus Leodan Garcia-Peneda (age 51), Josue Berardo Ortis-Valdez (age 30), and Ersy Leonel Ortis-Valdez (age 33) were charged with burglary.

Authorities report that all 8 men arrested are being held at the Washington County Detention Center on a $20,000 bond.
