Earl "Big-E" Jackson, Jr. is the founder of Mission Ready Men Briefing, a movement dedicated to helping men discover and fulfill their God-ordained purpose. He is also the founder and owner of 7Armors — Apparel for the Patriotic Man of God — a brand built for men who value faith, patriotism, and the Second Amendment. A Christian, U.S. Air Force veteran of Desert Shield and Desert Storm, and a steadfast advocate for the Second Amendment, Big-E stands as a proud patriot of these United States.

Following a long career in technology, Big-E and his wife launched 7Armors, driven by faith and a deep concern for society’s relentless attacks on manhood and masculinity. That conviction led him to establish Mission Ready Men, equipping men to become strong, stabilizing forces for good within their families and communities.

Big-E began addressing politics and Second Amendment rights on his original platform, The Liberty Cast. That effort evolved into the Mission Ready Men Podcast, where he now explores the issues of the day through a Christian, Biblical worldview.
